کتاب‌های مناسب در زمینۀ آموزش مهندسی

در دنیای معاصر، مهندسی به پدیده‌ای جهانی تبدیل شده و به‌دنبال آن آموزش مهندسی نیز کم و بیش از الگویی جهانی پیروی می‌کند. در سال‌هایی که از آغاز قرن حاضر می‌گذرد کتاب‌های متنوعی در زمینه آموزش مهندسی و همچنین آموزش STEM، یعنی آموزش علوم، فناوری، مهندسی و ریاضیات منتشر شده است. هر یک از این کتاب‌ها گوشه‌ای از پیشرفت‌های صورت گرفته در آموزش مهندسی را، حتی در آموزش‌های پیش از دانشگاه، به‌تصویر می‌کشد. نسخۀ الکترونی تعدادی از این کتاب‌ها به‌صورت رایگان در اینترنت موجود است. کرسی یونسکو در آموزش مهندسی کوشش خواهد کرد تا کتاب‌های جدیدی را که در این زمینه منتشر می‌شود، در این صفحه معرفی نماید. گزارش‌های منتشر شده در سطح جهان، در زمینۀ آموزش مهندسی، در بخش دیگری از وبگاه کرسی معرفی می‌شوند.

یونسکو یا سازمان آموزشی، علمی و فرهنگی ملل متحد انتشارات متنوعی در زمینه های مختلف آموزشی دارد که برخی از آنها توسط کمیسیون ملی یونسکو به فارسی نیز ترجمه شده است. نسخه الکترونیکی اغلب این انتشارات را به راحتی می توان از اینترنت به دست آورد. اطلاعات مربوط به آن دسته از انتشارات یونسکو، که می تواند مورد استفاده مخاطبان کرسی یونسکو در آموزش مهندسی قرار گیرد، فراهم آمده است.
