Iranian Society of Engineering Education; University of Tehran Branch

The board of directors of the Iranian Society of Engineering Education (ISEE), approved the establishment of branches of ISEE in different universities. Until now, the Iranian Society of Engineering Education has made significant progress, forming branches in more than ten universities and technical and engineering education centers (here).

The University of Tehran was one of the first educational institutions where the branch of the Iranian Society of Engineering Education was established. In the 48 meeting of the Steering Committee of the UNESCO Chair on Education Engineering, dated 18/04/2018, according to the proposal of Dr. Reza Farji Dana, the honorable chairman of the Iranian Society of Engineering Education, the UNESCO Chair on Education Engineering was determined as the branch of the Iranian Society of Engineering Education at the University of Tehran. ISEE branch at the University of Tehran officially started its activity on 21st January 2019, and the members of the branch council were elected by the votes of the steering committee members.
