What are the differences between a group and a team? What are the stages of team development? What effective roles can team members assume? How are design team meetings held, and how are their findings documented? How can we deal with conflicts within a team? What role does teamwork play in learning? These are some of the questions we aim to answer in this session. Engineers typically work in teams, so it is essential to strengthen this skill during their studies. In complex projects, groups show more effective performance compared to individual work. Teamwork increases self-confidence and enhances an individual's skills in handling conflicts. This also helps develop the ability to deal effectively with issues outside the work environment.
