Abstract: Professors of engineering education spend many years on gaining knowledge in their own specialized field and expertise; but normally did not have the chance to achieve skill in properly transferring their knowledge and assessing learning outcomes of their students. For many teachers, assessing learning outcomes is one of the most complicated parts of their educational activities. What kind of questions is better for measurement of students learning? Has the time-wasting and tiring process of exams rating done well? Do the students deserve the scores they got? During the last two decades, innovative findingsin the fields of education and measurement of students learning outcomes, helped teachers to take considerable steps toward answering these questions. In the new look, exam by itself is considered as a tool for more learning of students
