Where is the university located? Who are the educators? What is the purpose of education? What is the logic model of education? Why is quality the most essential element of education? These questions have significantly changed their answers over the past few decades. Since the emergence of first-generation universities, we have witnessed the development of second-, third-, and fourth-generation universities. Teacher-centered education has gradually shifted to a student-centered approach. Numerous advancements in the science and art of teaching and learning, also known as pedagogy, have transformed our understanding of education in recent years. This program addresses the questions raised at the beginning of this abstract.
