How should we design an educational program to achieve the highest effectiveness? Several instructional design models have been proposed. Each model introduces stages that, when followed, result in successful education. This session introduces and discusses the structure, features, and methods of using some of the more common instructional design models (ADDIE, Gagne, Merrill, and Bloom).
