What are hard and soft skills? What is the future-building capabilities? These are the questions this program seeks to answer. University education aims to enhance students' knowledge, skills, and attitudes. In Iran, education tends to focus more on the knowledge aspects, while less attention is given to developing essential skills. Graduates typically acquire these abilities instinctively, or through trial and error, and after years of professional experience in the industry. Skills are divided into hard skills and soft skills. Hard skills reflect an individual's ability to perform technical and specialized tasks. In contrast, soft skills combine personality traits, behaviors, and social attitudes. Soft skills are highly diverse and, unlike hard skills, are not easily visible and cannot be measured.
