Specialized working groups are formed to investigate a specific issue, with a specified duties and a limited period. The objectives, activities, and members of each specialized working group are proposed by the chairholder and presented to the steering committee for approval. Each specialized working group consists of 3 to 7 members. According to the approved objective, each specialized working group completes its activities within the stipulated time and presents the findings of its investigations to the chairholder and steering committee.
